This is the perfect way to sample a little bit of everything Carson Family Farm has to offer. Our premium, local beef is pasture raised and grain finished for a smooth flavor profile. It is processed at a USDA inspected facility, and dry-aged for an enhanced flavor profile and ultimate tenderness.

A quarter beef requires an estimated 5 cubic feet of freezer space. Ground beef may be substituted for beef patties, breakfast sausage, sweet Italian sausage, all beef brats, or all beef chorizo pound for pound.
