About our Beef

Production
We believe in leaving the land better than we found it. Our farm utilizes regenerative grazing practices that encourage pollinator habitats, reduce dependence on synthetic fertilizer, and increase grazing capacity. Environmentally friendly practices are also incorporated including fencing cattle out of creeks and streams, and not overgrazing pastures. We are a Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certified farm, with additional BQA certificates in BioSecuirty, Transportation, and Herd Health - all our our animals are handle humanely and respectfully.

Genetics
We raised registered Angus beef cattle in addition to Angus influenced commercial cattle. Angus cattle are known for their superior marbling and meat quality. Our farm is a member of the American Angus Association, NC Angus Association, and NC Cattlemen's Assocation.

Processing
All of our meats are processed at a USDA inspected facility that utilizes Temple Grandin designed handling facilities. It is then dry-aged, and vacuum sealed. All meat is single animal sourced, meaning there is only meat from one animal in each package - that includes hamburger and sausages.
